Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of AviaFrame booking services provided by Consolidator Aviatech Limited (شركة توحيد أفياتيك المحدودة), CR 7040488483, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Company", "we", "our"). By using our website, widget, or application, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

AviaFrame provides two services, both operated by Consolidator Aviatech Limited and processed through a single licensed payment account:

A. Online Flight Booking (for passengers) — Passengers search, compare, and book airline tickets through AviaFrame-powered booking pages. The platform enables customers to:

  • Search and compare airline fares from connected content providers.
  • Submit booking requests and receive booking confirmation.
  • Receive e-ticket documents after successful payment and issuance.
  • Contact support for post-booking requests (changes, cancellations, refunds).

B. White-label Platform Subscription (for travel agencies) — Travel agencies subscribe to the AviaFrame platform at SAR 300/month to receive a branded booking widget and agency subdomain. Payments from end customers transact through AviaFrame's payment account; agency service fees are remitted to agencies by invoice. Booking services are available online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. Product and Service Information

Itinerary, fare, and availability details are retrieved in real time from airline and content provider systems. AviaFrame presents this information accurately at the time of display. Availability, schedule, seat inventory, and pricing are subject to change by the airline or provider before final booking confirmation.

3. Pricing and Charges

The total price displayed before payment includes:

  • Airline fare — base ticket price plus all airline-imposed taxes and surcharges.
  • Agency service fee (if applicable) — a fixed amount or percentage set by the travel agency operating this booking channel. Some agencies charge no service fee.
  • Payment processing fee — covers card transaction costs. This fee is included in the displayed total.

The price confirmed on the booking screen is the final charge. No additional fees are added after confirmation. For a full pricing breakdown, see our Pricing page.

4. Booking and Ticket Issuance

  • A booking request is not equal to a final issued ticket until payment is confirmed and the airline/provider has validated the booking.
  • Ticket issuance requires successful payment completion and provider-side confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate passenger details that exactly match official travel documents.
  • The confirmed e-ticket is sent to the email address provided during booking.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the airline's fare rules for the purchased ticket. Some fares are non-refundable or may include cancellation and change penalties. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details and how to submit a request.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide correct names, dates of birth, nationality, and document numbers for all passengers — exactly as they appear on passports.
  • Review route, dates, fare conditions, and baggage allowance before completing payment.
  • Ensure compliance with visa and travel entry requirements for the destination and transit countries.
  • Check passport validity — most destinations require at least 6 months validity from departure date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for airline or provider operational changes (delays, cancellations, schedule changes), force majeure events, or downtime of third-party systems outside our direct control. Our liability, where it applies, is limited to the service fee component of the booking, not the airline fare.

8. Complaints and Support

For support or complaints, contact support@aviaframe.com. Include your booking number, passenger name, and a description of the issue. We target initial response within 2 business days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi courts.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version is effective from the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
